Refund policy

Intercambio / retorno de mercancía:

Cualquier producto puede ser intercambiado o regresado durante un período de 14 días. Para poder hacer efectivo cualquier intercambio o retorno de mercancía, el producto debera ser entregado en las mismas condiciones en las que se le entrego, esto incluye etiquetas y bolsa original del producto.

Exchange / return of merchandise:

Any product can be exchanged or returned during a period of 14 days. In order to make any exchange or return of merchandise, the product must be returned in the same conditions in which it was delivered to you, this includes labels and the original bag of the product.
